About us

Bill Williams joined the firm Alwyn J. Lubbe & Associates in 1994. The firm had at that stage been established in Durban for over 20 years. Mr Lubbe retired that year and sold his practice to a Newcastle based firm called Leach & van der Walt. Bill Williams managed the Durban office until he bought it out in 2001, under the new name of Williams Associate Architects.
The practice computerised in 1995 and now use the latest in CAD design & technology for all our work.
